12월 들어 13일간 서울 오피스텔 매매 거래가 65건에 그치는 등 올해 하반기 오피스텔 매매가 급감한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 수익형(상업·업무용) 부동산 거래도 위축돼, 아파트뿐 아니라 부동산 시장 전반에 ‘한파’가 몰아치고 있다.
